Jake Harrell is a musician, educator, and engineer raised and based in Austin, Texas, with deep roots in the city’s rich musical scene. Specializing in early jazz and swing, Jake brings his talents to the stage nightly across a diverse range of genres and groups, including acts such as Rent Party, Blue Dot Swing, Rat Darlin’, Rico Rico, Pendulum Hearts, Austin Django Project, and Blue Squeeze Box, as well as captivating audiences as a solo artist.
In addition to performing, Jake is a dedicated educator who teaches both privately and at the Music Academy of Austin.
